auftrag.at-Vergabe replaces auftrag.at-Direktvergabe from 15 December 2023

In October 2023, we launched our new procurement platform, auftrag.at-Vergabe. This new online procurement platform enables, among other things, direct awards both with and without prior publication.

Therefore, the auftrag.at-Direktvergabe platform (accessible at ng.auftrag.at) was discontinued on December 15, 2023.

Since then, the auftrag.at-Direktvergabe platform has been inaccessible to public contracting authorities, interested parties, and bidders.

We would like to thank all former users of auftrag.at-Direktvergabe for trusting us in the past with their direct award processes.

We would be delighted if, in the future, you choose to conduct your direct awards even more easily and quickly with auftrag.at-Vergabe, Austria’s most advanced online procurement platform, at the same consistent conditions.

Here you can find information about auftrag.at-Vergabe and its features. Our price list provides details on the costs for conducting direct awards, other procurement procedures, as well as for publishing notices and announcements.

Public contracting authorities can register and initiate a direct award for free and easily on their own. Costs are only incurred when a direct award is initiated by inviting companies – as usual, with no binding contracts and full flexibility.
